Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 14 July 2026

Cancel whenever you like — it takes a moment and there's no penalty. This page explains exactly what happens to your access and your billing when you do.

1Cancel anytime

Your Dionysia membership is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time, for any reason, from your account page using the secure Stripe customer portal. There's no cancellation fee and no need to email us or explain why.

2What happens when you cancel

• Your membership stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for — you keep full access until then.
• At the end of that period, your membership ends and your card is not charged again.
• You won't be locked out mid-month just for cancelling.

3Refunds

Because you keep access for the rest of the period you paid for, we generally do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the current month when you cancel. Cancelling simply stops the next renewal.

We think that's fair, and we also want you to feel good about joining. So:

• If you were charged in error — for example, a renewal after you cancelled, or a duplicate charge — email us and we'll refund it promptly.
• If something went genuinely wrong with the Service and you couldn't use what you paid for, get in touch and we'll make it right.
• We may, at our discretion, offer a goodwill refund in other cases — just ask.

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

4Free titles & no trial

Some films may be available to watch for free without a membership — there's nothing to cancel or refund for those. Dionysia does not currently offer a free trial, so you only pay once you deliberately start a paid membership at checkout.

5Failed or missed payments

If a monthly renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may pause your access until it succeeds. You can update your card at any time from your account page. If payment isn't resolved, your membership will simply lapse — no further charges are made.

6Price changes

If we ever change the membership price, we'll email you before it applies to you, so you can decide whether to keep your membership or cancel before the new price takes effect.
