Terms of Service

Effective 14 July 2026

Dionysia is a curated home for serious AI cinema. These terms are the agreement between you and the person who runs it. We've kept them plain — please read them before you become a member.

1Who we are

Dionysia (the "Service," "we," "us," "our") is a curated streaming platform for AI-assisted film and creative work, available at dionysia.ca. The Service is operated by Kanish Tuteja, a sole proprietor based in Quebec, Canada ("the Operator"). You can reach us at privacy@dionysia.ca for any question about these terms.

2Accepting these terms

By creating an account, starting a membership, or otherwise using Dionysia, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are between 16 and the age of majority in your province or country, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of and permits your use.

3Your account

To watch member content you create an account with your email and a password, or by a secure sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@dionysia.ca if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

One account is for one person. Please don't share your login, resell access, or use the account on behalf of others.

4Membership & billing

Dionysia is offered as a paid membership at CAD $6.00 per month (or the current price shown at checkout at the time you subscribe). Some titles may be made available to watch for free from time to time; free access is not a membership and can change or end at any time.

You can cancel at any time and there are no partial or prorated refunds for a period already started. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5What you can do with the content

Films, series, images, text and everything else you see on Dionysia (the "Content") belongs to the creators who made it or to Dionysia, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your membership gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to stream the Content for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment while your membership is active.

You agree not to:

6Creators & submitted work

If you are a creator whose work appears on Dionysia, you keep ownership of your work. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, stream, promote, and display your work and its title, stills, and credits on the Service and in related marketing, on the terms you and the Operator agree. You confirm you have the rights to the work you share and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

7Acceptable use

Please use Dionysia lawfully and respectfully. Don't misuse the Service, attempt to break or overload it, upload malicious code, harass others, or use it to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that put the Service, its creators, or other members at risk.

8Availability & changes

We're an early-stage, independent platform. We work to keep Dionysia running well, but we offer it "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove titles and features, and we may update these terms; if we make a material change we'll post the new version here and update the effective date, and where required we'll notify you.

9Cancelling & ending your membership

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. You can keep watching until the end of the period you've already paid for. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the Service; if we end it for reasons that aren't your fault, we'll refund any period you paid for but couldn't use.

10Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other laws that can't be waived.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the judicial district of your residence in Quebec, or as otherwise required by law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

12Language

A French version of these terms is available at terms-fr.html and prevails for members in Quebec. This English version is provided for your convenience. Une version française fait foi.
